REFUND 

If you have sufficient reason to request a refund, please contact us by mail thiccthighs.stickers@gmail.com or DM us via Instagram.

We don't refund the money for an order if:
- Your order has already been sent, but you decided to refuse the purchase;
- More than 30 days have passed since you received your order;
- The order was lost or stolen due to mail service;
- You have left invalid recipient information;
- Order/product was not delivered due to force majeure circumstances which neither of the parties could have foreseen and influenced their elimination.

Please carefully review your order information prior to finalizing your purchase. Double-check your name, address, and contents within your order.

If you received a defective product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent upon request. Replacements will take 1-2 weeks for production and will be sent out accordingly.

EXCHANGES

We will only replace an item if it is defective. To request an exchange, please contact us by e-mail or through Instagram Direct Mail.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Our website run’s solely on pre-orders. All items are made to order.

We would like to remind our customers to read the product description of the item they are purchasing as pre-order production and processing times will vary. For stickers average about 3-7 days for production and phone cases/pop sockets and other accessories about 7-21 days. However, wait times do not include the time for your package to be shipped.

We provide two worldwide shipping options: standard and first-class delivery.  First-class delivery includes tracking. You can't track your order if you chose standard delivery. 

We are based in Russia. Delivery takes 10-30 business days depending on your location. We send orders via Russian Post and then your package is transmitted to the USPS (or to a national post service in your country). We will only ship to the address provided upon checkout. Please verify your information prior to finalizing your purchase.

TT stickers and accessories are a one-man project, and I manage all business processes by myself so your extended patience is appreciated.

PAYMENTS

We can't integrate any payment provider to our website due to sanctions against Russia. We accept payments on our Patreon page only. We know this is not the easiest way to pay for goods online but this is all we got. Available payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, and PayPal

You agree to pay the price for the merchandise in your order at the time you submitted your order and the delivery fees for the shipping service you select. 

We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel your order for any reason.
